Please Read Everything Thoroughly Before Booking Any Services! Editing.Go is not responsible if a client decides not to read our term and conditions

NO REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital products. If the wrong order is placed, it is also nonrefundable due to the complications it can cause with ongoing delays. However, I am willing to exchange your order for another option or provide premade files instead. If you have any issues with your order, please email me as soon as possible!

After placing your order, I will be notified and you will receive a follow up email within 24 hours. Please make sure you provide the correct email at the checkout. If you prefer direct message, you must message me on Instagram @editing.go

 Communication is important! NO EXPECTATIONS! 
  • If you fail to communicate within 48 hours after samples are sent, the design will be finalized and delivered to your email. (Revision fees will apply.)
  • If there is no communication within 2 weeks after follow ups are sent, your order may be subject to immediate cancellation. (NO REFUNDS) This includes ignoring messages, leaving me on seen, or not responding.
  • If there is no communication for 30 days or more, your order will be considered abandoned due to inactivity. At that point, a restart fee may be required ($15+) and the project will need to be reactivated before continuing.
  • If you want multiple names on one original design, there will be a $25 fee per additional name for usage rights to represent another business entity.
  • Please choose your photo carefully. Changing the photo during or after the process is not allowed and will not be accommodated. If you would like to use a different photo for a cartoon or outline style, you will need to place a new order. Please make sure to save and store your files in a safe folder that you can access at any time. Editing.Go is not responsible for lost or misplaced files. However, I am happy to resend files depending on the date and availability of premade files.
  • We have a strict zero tolerance policy for abusive behavior. Any form of bullying, disrespect, or slandering toward the designer will result in immediate cancellation of your order. NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.

DRAFT

Any sample drafts provided with an Editing.Go watermark are for approval purposes only. They may NOT be used, shared, or distributed to any other designer, business or page. Final use is only allowed after receiving your finalized files via email.

REVISION(S)
  • You are allowed up to 3 revisions per design.
  • Additional revisions will incur a fee ($15+ per revision depending on complexity).
  • All revision requests must be clearly listed during the active design process. Requests that were not originally included in your instructions may also result in an additional fee.

Please note that once revisions begin, the design is being edited on a single canvas and cannot be reverted to the original version.

Any revision requests after finalized files have been delivered will be charged separately.
To avoid delays or extra fees, please include all revision requests at once.

 

DESIGN PROCESS + UPDATES

Editing.Go operates on a “do not disturb” work policy. Turnaround time is up to 14 business days, not including weekends, as I do not work on weekends, depending on workload, schedule, revisions, and client response time. Please do not repeatedly request updates you will be notified as soon as your order is completed 

Turnaround time is an estimate and may vary due to revisions, delays in communication, emergencies, or workload changes.

Rush orders (1–2 days) are available for an additional rush fee and must be purchased with your selected service.

 

-Sublimation, Seamless, DTF File - Strict Usage Rule:

Please carefully review all strict rules before purchasing, and I kindly ask that you respect my artwork.

  • Please keep your receipt and confirmation email with your business name as proof of purchase for your records.
  • Please keep in mind these premade designs are not one of a kind and are meant to be resold to other customers by Editing.Go.
  • You may not resell or redistribute the original downloaded files, even if modified.
  • You may not sell the design as clipart or use it in part or whole within another digital design.
  • You may not alter, edit, Photoshop, or tamper with my designs.
  • You may not use AI to modify or tweak the design.
  • You may not post the files in free sharing groups, dump groups, or POD (Print On Demand) websites.
  • You are required to watermark all designs and mockups when using them for promotional purposes to help prevent theft.
  • Prices are subject to increase at any time.

All designs are copyright of Editing.Go. Purchasing does not transfer ownership, rights, or copyright of any design.

Any trademarked characters used within a design remain the property of their respective owners and are not owned by Editing.Go.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action or additional fees for unauthorized commercial use. Terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
