Please Read Everything Thoroughly Before Booking Any Services! Editing.Go is not responsible if a client decides not to read our term and conditions

NO REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! I do not accept refunds, or exchanges on any nature of digital products! Even if you selected the wrong order, it is non refundable! If you have any problems with an order please email me as soon as possible 

After placing your order I will be notified and you will receive the following instructions on email up to 48-72 hours 

 Communication is important! NO EXPECTATIONS! 
  • If you proceed to fail your communication within 48 hours after the samples were sent, the design will be finalized and sent to an email! (Revision fees will be apply) 
  • If you proceed to fail your communication within 2 weeks after instruction was sent you may result in an immediate cancellation of your order. NO REFUNDS (such as ignoring me, constantly leaving me on seen, or not replying to me) 
  • If you are wanting multiple names on one original design there will be $25 fee rights to use to represent another business entity! 
  • Please choose your photo carefully! Changing the photo you want to use during/after is not allowed. 
  • If I have not heard from you and you contact me back after 15 days abandonment may require start up fee! ($15+ fee)
  • Make sure you store and save your files in a folder that you can have access to anytime! Editing.Go will not be held responsible if you misplace or lose your files!
  • We have a zero tolerance for abusive behavior. Bullying or slandering the designer will result in an immediate cancellation of your order. (NO REFUNDS) 
-DESIGN CONTENT
It is very important to have some kind of vision for your business so I can have ability to brainstorm ideas ✨
Please do not send me another artist’s artwork or ask me to copy their work. Understand that their style is not my style. I have my own styles you can select any preferences you like from my page and we can work something out 🖤

-DRAFT
Any sample drafts with Editing.Go Watermark are for the purpose of approval only! They may not be used or distributed to any other company, designer, or business pages. You must only use your files from your finalized email!

-REVISION(S)
The SAMPLE draft will be provided to you: you are allowed 3 revisions per service if they are needed. Additional revisions may result in fee! ($15+ each depending on your information) 
 Revisions may need more time depending on your request. If you requested for something that wasn't initially in your following up email may result in an additional fee (15+ fee) 
Please keep in mind that once you ask for major or slight revisions on design there is no going back to the original design as I am working on one canvas 
-If you need a revision AFTER finalized files was sent will result in an additional charge. Please be sure you specify all your revisions you may need as possible during the process 
***DESIGN PROCESS + UPDATES***
Editing.Go has a "do not disturb" policy, my turnaround time up to 14 business days or more depending on my schedule and time. Please do not constantly ask for an update; this may cause unnecessary stress and interrupts my focus. You will be updated as soon as it complete.🖤
Keep in mind turnaround times are estimated -timeframe can be changed or slightly longer due to revisions, emergencies, or other reasons. It can also change due to failure to submit information on time on clients' end.
If you need your orders in 1-2days, there will be “rush my order” fee add on. Add rush order fee along with a digital product you choose! 
  1. I have rights to share my arts for my business purposes to build credits and portfolios!
  2. I have the right to refuse any services with you by all means!
  3. My prices are subject to change on site depending how much work was done on my end and time
  4. You MAY NOT alter, change, or design unless permission was granted by Editing.Go
  5. You MAY NOT get your designs altered, changed, disputed by any other designers
  6. **Any Personal Use and Giveaway designs are for personal use only!*** It may not be distributed within any business pages associated with clients unless permission was granted by Editing.Go

     I do not offer any printing services! None of any physical items will be shipped!! 

    -Sublimation, Seamless, DTF Files (PREMADE DESIGN)  
    Our designs are strictly for your commercial and personal use.      
    Commercial License is not required to purchase. I kindly ask you to please read throughly the policy and image display and for you to respect my art. Prices will gradually increase as I go. 
    (Be sure you keep your receipts and emails for proof of purchase with your business name included) 
    You MAY NOT purchase my designs with the purpose of reselling it to a customer in digital format! This is strictly prohibited and monitored! You MAY NOT sell, distribute or give away any of my designs/files! You must only sell finished products with my designs! 
    Keep in mind that these premade designs are not one of a kind, they will be resold to other customers by Editing.Go! 

    You CANNOT:
    - Resale or redistribution of original downloaded files even if modified.
    - Sell design as clipart or as part, or in whole, within another design.
    -ALTER, EDIT, PHOTOSHOP OR TAMPER MY DESIGNS
    -POST ON ANY SOCIAL PLATFORMS, FREE SHARING OR DUMP GROUPS, or POD sites (Print On Demand), ETC

    Please note:
    -Editing.Go is not responsible for any manufacturing, printing or any other errors that may arise when using any Editing.Go design. Test printing is HIGHLY recommended before production 
    -Please assure you have knowledge to use our designs before you purchase.

    COPYRIGHT POLICY:
    -All designs are copyright of Editing.Go. Purchasing this file does not transfer copyright.

    Once you read and purchase you are agreeing to Editing.Go's terms of service! You are consenting to be bound by these term and conditions. 

    If any violation of these terms you will be subject to a fine or pay the price for commercial use rights since the image is subject to copyright and still property of Editing Go. Designs. Copyright is a legal right that seeks to protect original works of authorship (example: books, music, film, art)**
